Typical base salary in the US:
- Actuarial analyst: $105k median, typically $96k to $126k
- Associate or assistant actuary: $138k median, typically $119k to $150k
- Actuary or actuarial manager: $168k median, typically $145k to $178k
- AVP or director: $197k median, typically $176k to $226k
- VP or senior director: $217k median, typically $196k to $247k
In Canada, pricing & product roles at actuary or manager level pay a median of C$141k, and in Bermuda about $175k.
